Nipol Polyblack carbon black masterbatches can be used to improve dispersion and lower mixing time in NBR compounds.  These materials also provide a way to use carbon black in facilities where free black is not desirable.  They are produced by a novel process which ensures efficient and uniform dispersion of carbon black in rubber.
